中秋不可少的月餅,酥脆的口感《肉鬆酥》

《所需材料》

「油皮」
奶油70g
中筋麵粉200g
糖粉40g
冰水90ml

「油酥」
奶油90g
低筋麵粉190g
肉脯

《肉鬆酥》
下個禮拜就是「中秋節」啦!
今天趕緊再來和大家分享一款中秋月餅喔!!
這款月餅的做法跟「綠豆椪」的做法幾乎一樣,只是把內部的餡料改成肉脯而已。
這次製作也是用「無鹽奶油」製作的喔!
口感吃起來非常的酥呦!😋
